Restore your embodied strength through individual private sessions in somatic therapy designed specifically for you. In these sessions I will support your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing by using a variety of nervous system balancing methods to ease symptoms of stress, anxiety, PTSD, and pain while nurturing resilience. These sessions can also assist with finding trauma resolution and life pattern shift.

Transcend to holistic wellbeing by participating in one of my collaborative retreats at various destinations around the world with like minded individuals, by signing up for one of my online pre recorded curriculums, through joining a health based reset program that includes a team of practitioners guiding you, or in pursuit of your own path to supporting others with a professional mentorship.

Absolutely not. No experience is required to work with me.

Unfortunately, I have no idea. I have some clients that I see for 2-3 sessions and others I have been working alongside with for years. There are many layers to a persons experiences in life and how they impact them, as well as how long it will take to peel off layers and reframe experiences through new pattern setting.

Absolutely. If you have already built a team of support around yourself I am thrilled to be a part of that team, whether it be through direct communication, or separately working with you.

Not necessarily. Frequently I start by working with current sensations, symptoms, and feelings that might need to be addressed immediately. Sometimes background is helpful, but it is not essential all the time to begin to start the restorative process through somatic work.

Yes. I see 95% of my clients online or through hybrid in person and online sessions. Many of the modalities that I use translate beautifully online and the “results” I have seen are the same with my in person and online clients.

Schedule an hour for each session with me. We may or may not use the entire hour depending on the depth of the work we do on any given day. But always schedule an hour.

This depends on your intentions, your capacity for the work (staying as functional as possible is always a priority), your time, and economical availability. I have some clients I see once a week and others I see once a month. We can usually determine the frequency of your sessions as we work together and adjust as needed. Typically I like to see my clients every 10 days to 2 week int he beginning if possible.
